Great photos John
I'm just wishing to confirm the location on Springbank Island.

The opposite end to wherever I went. I kayaked in at the W end and was very surprised to see it run at the E end N. I went closer to get a better photo and then it took off clockwise around the edge. I could not find it at all when it was stationary, only when it took off. After 3 attempts I thought that it had been harassed enough.

Thanks for that John
A very interesting record - they must be good swimmers !

There is plenty of mown grass on Springbank and some thickets where it can hide but I would imagine that with more people arriving as the temperature warms up, that the wallaby will abandon its little oasis.
