I suggest this is a female Didymuria. Mature Tropidoderus females have long wings and broadened middle and hind legs.

I think its a nymph of Tropidoderus. Didymuria is more slender and multicoloured. Its also in the wrong area (sub-alpine) and on the wrong host plant although it may have dropped off a euc.
