The blackberry plants are growing alongside the bike path near Dairy Road. They are covered in berries right now. Updated - added a picture of one of the canes and of the berries.

A close-up of the arching canes could probably confirm this as Rubus anglocandicans, which is the main species of Rubus fruticosus sp. agg. in invasive plants parlance.
