Size - body about 12mm long.... in Rob Roy Reserve, in the hills to the east of Conder.

'Golden-tailed ant' is a bit of a misnomer for this one, the tail is about the only part not golden.

Previously identified as Polyrhachis sp. (genus). Jon Lewis suggested it is Polyrhachis semiaurata.
