Hi Walter - you have two different species here. The first photo may well be of a female Blue Skimmer, but there is insufficient detail or clarity to be certain. The other two photos, however, are of something else, possibly a gomphid, but again there is insufficient detail or clarity to determine.

Righto, thanks Harvey. Testing out a new camera - still a bit to learn before I can get some better shots. It'd help if the little blighters would stay still too :)
