I am not certain which subspecies of Patersonia serucea this is. It might be subsp. longifolia. In Patersonia, closeups of the flowers are no use in IDing to species or subspecies level. Closeups of the leaves showing whether they are longitudinally grooved or not, and details of the hairs, if present, on the edges of the leaves, are needed. A measurement of leaf width would also help.

Not sure if it helps but I added a pic of the leaves - no marked striations or hairs, about 5mm wide.

The leaf width means it is var sericea. Vicflora states the leaves in this subspecies can be flat and slightly striate to cylindrical and strongly grooved. I suspect the photo is not good enough to show the hairs.
