This is a rare plant in the ACT and this is our first Canberra nature Map sighting

Stylidium montanum has hairless leaves, the longest 2-12 cm long, and typically forms clumps of up to 50 plants. Stylidium armeria usually has hairy leaves, the longest 2-40 cm long, and is soitary or in small clumps of 2-5 plants. Please comment, Christine.

Hi Betty, firstly, thanks so much for your expertise and time. Secondly, unfortunately my computer has died. After three days of not being able to boot it I have reluctantly accepted that it is dead, and will have to replace it soon, meanwhile struggling to do much with this mini machine which I cannot put photos on etc. Anyway, what I can say is that the leaves do not appear to be hairy. I only have one other photo, and that is of a shorter (maybe 8cm Long) and wider leaf, but it also appears not hairy. As I was under attack by those big nasty flies I did not pay as much attention as I should have, and made a rather hasty retreat. I apologise for not having gathered enough information, Christine.
