The spider was on my car door (giving the bright blue background) and around 5 mm

Jotus sp. Not J.auripes. There are literally dozens of Jotus sp. to be described and as yet no one has stepped up. I do hear rumblings that one or two young arachnologists are contemplating the task, remains to be seen.
