Acacia baileyana leaves have 1-6 pairs (usually 2-4) of primary divisions (pinnae). Acacia dealbata leaves have 6-30 pairs of pinnae.

Thanks Betty. Beginners comment: on the images of Acacia dealbata that I looked at now on CNM, the leaves are much longer, spaced out and greener that on the wattle I photographed.

There are five common species of pinnate wattles in the ACT. The grey leaves species are baileyane, (a noxious weed), and dealbata (one of the two subpecies is native to the ACT). http://worldwidewattle.com/imagegallery/image.php?p=0&l=b&id=18285&o=1

They sometimes cross.
The green leaved species are decurrens (flowering mainly early spring), mearnsii(flowering late spring), and parramattensis, which is mainly on Black Mountain and flowering now. Thet are separated by the number and position of glands on the main stem of the leaves, number of pinnae, hairiness on the backs of the keaflets, hairiness of the branchlets.
