This looks Chloroclystis filata, the Pug moth judging by its shape and markings but difficult to be quite sure at this distance. Probably Chloroclytis sp. at least. Do you perhaps have another close-up photo?

Yes, I have looked closely but given the variability, I can't decide between C. filata or C. approximata (female) -or any other Chloroclystis sp. which have been recorded only line for the ACT. I note we have already attributed a sighting to 'Chlorolcystis sp. (genus)' - the preferred style for referring to a genus on CNM; so I don't expect a new pigeonhole called 'Chloroclystis sp' is needed. So, assuming,a closer view is not available, I suggest this be ID-d as 'Chlorolcystis sp. (genus)' .
