Very small tiger moth, probably only 20mm in length.

Interesting that you have picked this species up in the field so promptly after I recorded this at O'Connor after dark at a mercury vapour light. A larger moth than I recorded. Clearly they are 'on the wing' at this time of year.

I may have overestimated the size, it was very small. Perhaps closer to 15mm in length - is that closer to the size of the one that you recorded?
