Acridotheres tristis seems to be missing from the list (unless I got the name wrong - that's the Indian myna right?)

Scientific names are based off the COG annotated checklist of the ACT. It is a few years old now and there have been some changes in taxonomy since then, also some differences between the different taxonomical lists that are out there. I'm obliged to stick with the taxonomy that has been entered - Chris D should be able to update and if necessary pass it with the COG committee. I believe the annotated checklist is due to be updated soon though.
