A lichen, probably a species of either Baeomyces or Dibaeis. In each genus the sterile, vegetative component is a somewhat powdery coating on soil banks and is greyish green/greyish blue in colour. The spore-producing fruit bodies consist of short stems, with rounded and expanded tops that are pinkish in colour.
