Obliquinevia has, as the name suggests, a single longitudinal nerve fairly close to the upper edge of the leaf. Melanoxylon does occur naturally in the ACT in wet forest and gullies. It appears to have been planted widelt elsewhere and naturalised, as on Mt Taylor.
