Rosettes are always tricky especially at this time of year with the spring flowering ones appearing plus those of non-flowering plants from Autumn, but I am reasonably confident this is S. rubbescens.

Thanks Tony. We found leaves in this area last year. We didn't find any flowers in either spring or autumn. Is that usual or common?

The rosettes (leaves) of Speculantha are not present at flowering which is in Autumn. The rosettes appear during winter. It was a very poor year for Autumn flowering species, probably due to the dry weather.
