The closest match I've found (Oecophoridae) is Heterozyga coppatias, but the images labelled such are quite variable (see D. Hobern's images on iNaturalist). Also an image or two just labelled 'Oecophoridae' on the ALA looked very similar.

On checking Bold Systems I don't think its H. coppatias. The pattern of spots looks quite similar to several Philobota spp.
