Paropsides umbrosa. This little alpine critter has pronotal trichobothria (sensory bristles) which are very hard to see without magnification. That defines the small complex genus of Paropsides. The foodplant is not Eucalyptus and that is usually good clue for other genera too . https://sites.google.com/site/leafbeetlesofaustralia/paropsides
