Near a dam on the slopes near the Murrumbidgee River, the east side, north of Point Hut.

Preparing for its first flight - a difficult one to ID but interesting nonetheless.

Despite good photos, this one is way too young (for me) to be able to make a determination. I'd guess at it being a Coenagrionid, but that's as far as I'd go and not even 100% on that. Maybe a Red & Blue Damsel?
