Geolocation is approximate (+/- 1km). Photo taken while on a hike and at the time I noted it was higher than the range given in the "Field Guide to the Orchids of the ACT". We were above 1000m.

Interesting observation about the elevation. I think it is E. cucullatus rather than E. magenteus which is found at higher elevations.
