Thanks John. Current hypothesis is that this may be the female of the pair that nested on Northcott Drive, the road into Campbell Park offices, last breeding season (spring-summer 2016) AND that she is mainly roosting somewhere north of the wetlands such as on Mt Pleasant. Evening sightings are of even greater value.

Chris Davey asked me to put this one up. It flew over the Latham's snipe survey meetup. I'll especially look out for them in the afternoons.
