I think this is Cupressus sp.

Is the foliage of Juniperus communis as variable as this! It is just that this sighting seems to bear no resemblance to our one other sighting of Juniperus communis!

The needle-like leaves are the young or juvenile leaves which was just what the previous plant had but this is an older plant and it has both adult (scale like leaves) and juvenile leaves on the one plant
