User's notes

Hi Chris and Ryu, I'm wondering if this is a potential breeding site? My knowledge is a bit limited so I'd be interested to know if you think it's an adult or juvenile?Kind regards, Roy.

I'm not too familiar with owls - but I think the paleness does indicate a young bird. Chris may have a better idea

I think this is a young bird but changing into adult plumage. Given the time of year and the plumage this does not have to be a breeding site but more likely a roosting site.
