I've looked at Stenocotis sp on ALA.

They are typically more flat than my specimen.

Also the Black Flat-head Leafhopper - Stenocotis depressa, is quite flat compared to mine, see:

This specimen doesn't seem to be flat enough to be a Stenocotis sp.
