It is an exotic palm. Does anyone have access to the list of plantings round Lake Ginninderra?

No sure if this is the true date plan or the Canary Island Date Palm. I have seen date palms weedy along the Murrumbidgee within Wagga Wagga.

I collected a flowering specimen from the same location in 2015; it is Phoenix canariensis (see photos at http://www.anbg.gov.au/cgi-bin/anhsirphoto?herb_code=CANB&acc_no=879858)
