The leaves appear to be too large for continentale. I suspect it is a Leptospermum scoparium cultivar. Do you have measurements of leaf length and flower diameter?
I presume you meant 10 mm. On further investigation, I still think it is a cultivar, but not of scoparium, which has much broader leaves than in your photo. The flowers of continentale are about 10 mm diameter, about the same as the leaf length. These flowers are much bigger than that.
