My photo shows brown eyes and one I looked at on CNM had grey eyes - is this not significant in ID?

If you look at all the images on CNM you'll notice there are a range of eye colours from brown to greenish-grey. The eyes start off brown when newly emerged and attain the greenish-grey colour when fully mature. A range of features can change as an individual matures.
