The photos of the leaves are not good enough to tell whether this is Acacia pravissima or Acacia cultrifirmis. However, pravissima tends to weep and cultrformis does not.

The degree of weeping and the dull glaucousness of the phyllodes suggests they may be hairy. It looks more like A. vestita to me. This emphasises the importance of obtaining a clear close-up of the phyllodes.
