I still can't match this exactly to the ANIC Glyphipterix species. The yellow collar and the small yellow marks on the forewing tornus seem distinctive. It comes closest to G. isozela, although ANIC specimens are from higher altitudes.
As best I can read the photo, it doesn't match the ANIC G. meteora specimens as they lack the yellow collar and the small yellow marks on the forewing tornus (and this seems to be a fresh specimen, so I'm believing the collar is scales).
