It's hard to see clearly, but this seems to have unusually long teeth along the sides of the labellum.

I have looked at this and I think i made an assumption that this was an aged C.fuscata. (Note to self - don't make assumptions.) I am unable add anything else except to say that the three we saw were that day were all single flowers.

Yes it looks quite odd. I shall confirm it as Caladenia sp. as I am not sure that it is obviously C. fuscata.
