Growing in a farm/fire-fighting dam with likely to be near permanent water. First three sets of microscope images taken with 10x, 20x & 40x objectives, width of filaments 36 µm. Final set of microscope images show a protozoan epiphyte (possibly a choanoflagellate with a body length of 10 µm) and a dead algal cell that has been parasitized by what appear to be several chytrid fungi (colourless cells up to 15 µm diameter attached to outside of algal cell)
