Growing next to road, probably planted rather than naturally occurring.

Would be good to check if any more of these Acacia kettlewelliae plants area around or whether it is present on the Bullen Range. It is recorded nearby in NSW and it it is not impossible that a local population exists in the Kambah Pool area.
