I need to see a better photo of the leaves before I can decide whether this is Acacia pravissima (two longitudinal veins) or Acacia cultriformis (one longitudinal vein).

Thanks, BettyDonWood. Unfortunately I don't have any better photos but next time I visit I'll know what to look for, as with Eucalyptus pauciflora/rossii !

I've just been out to look at the shrub; it's definitely Acacia cultriformis.

Thanks very much RWPurdie, I am glad to you were able to find it, my camera does not have GPS and my locations are based on my memory of walking around the area. A. cultriformis wasn't in the couple of small books I have on ACT plants.
