The lead photo is actually the last in a series. My wife and I were driving along Apollo Road to Honeysuckle Creek (not sure the exact location, before Booroomba Rocks. We were driving slowly around a bend and bumped into this individual crossing the road. It stood stock still in the centre of the road about 15-20 metres away and stared at us gun barrel straight. We stopped the car and scrambled for the camera. It was a surreal experience. The dingo stood still for about 15-20 seconds in the centre of the road and then moved into the bush by which time we had the camera out. It marked its territory and gave us one last look before it disappeared into the thick bush.
