The leaves are too lobed to be Mentha diemenica. The PlantNET key states that Mentha diemenica has "calyx lobes villous (very hairy) on the inner surface, and Mentha laxiflora has "calyx lobes with short more or less spreading hairs on inner surface, not villous"!
I have added another photo which shows a closeup of the flower and calyx. It seems to me that the bit of the calyx lobe where the inner surface can be seen is very hairy - therefore probably Mentha diemenica
