Also Ryu, it might be called a Scorpion Fly I think, but our new legendary insect moderators Roger Farrow and Kim Pullen will need to confirm. I have no idea...

Hi. It is a Hanging Fly. It is predator of smaller insects. It hangs off a plant with it forelegs waiting for something to come along and will grasp it with its hind legs.
