The descriptions for Flavoparmelia mention yellow-green to green, occasionally yellowish, but this looks greyish, so all I'd say is that this is a lichen in the family Parmeliaceae. A lichenologist friend tells me that, with the Parmeliaceae, in general you really need to have the specimen in hand to make any sensible determination.
