It was fantastic! Early Nancies and Yam dasies along with orchids everwhere :) Unfortunately taking a wider shot didn't do it any justice. The dried Aristida tussocks overpowered all the bright colours.

I've seen mass flowerings of D. chryseopsis in the NE part of Mulligans Flat, but I'm not familiar with Goorooyaroo. What's the best way to access the site?

This patch is actually very close to the Centenary Trail in the north not far from the NSW border.I got there in a 4WD, but I was working! ;)
