One of the 'coral fungi' and unless one is familiar with the individual species identification to genus requires examination of microscopic characters. The fruit body has some resemblance to a Ramaria sp. and if the yellow-brown colour appearing on some parts of the fruit body is the result of spore maturation then that would place it in Ramaria. Image is 55-60 mm across

Possibly Ramaria, but locally we also get one (or more) species of Clavulina that have this sort of look.
