Furry, white or greyish upper surfaces


 

The sole species in this sub-group is Schizophyllum commune, with the entire upper surface of the cap being markedly furry to hairy.

Unfortunately out of focus - but I can't see the split (or parallel) gills that Schizophyllum has.
