Follow-up to sighting https://canberra.naturemapr.org/Community/Sightings/Details/4203353 Caterpillar was taken into protective custody and emerged as this moth.

Good work Alison. It seems much needs to learnt to fill the gaps in knowledge on the life histories of many moth species. Matching caterpillars to their adult counterarts is needed for many species.

In the first photo I think it had only just emerged. Then folded its wings down as I was taking the photos.
