Author's notes

Male looking out of hollow (photos), pair observed at this hollow frequently this season and last season. As I was walking away, female flew in with pair from nearby hollow (pair in separate sighting). Female peeled off and flew to gum next to nest tree. Male joined her there briefly, then I think the female went into the hollow and the male flew off, although I was watching the pair at the other hollow so did not get photos.
