Author's notes

From Pizzey and Knight this is a Western Ringneck race semiorquatus 'Twenty-eight Parrot'. Not sure that this record is relevant, since it is at a backyard bird feeder - but interesting. This bird has been a visitor over the past 2 months - most likely an aviary escapee?
