Glyphipterix perimetalla (Five-bar Sedge-moth)

The adult moths of this species have metallic brown forewings, each with two short dark-edged white streaks near the base, and five dark-edged transverse white bands. The hindwings are pale brown. The wingspan is about 1.2 cms.The species has been found in  New South Wales, and  Victoria.
