User's notes

Could hear it calling, and then there was a lot of Pied Currawong calls, so I went to investigate. found the bat about 50m away, being harassed by Pied Currawongs and a few other black and white birds. Took a couple of quick photos, I wasn't sure what to do, so got out my phone to call Wildlife rescue, and was looking at my phone when it took off. It flew about 100m that i could still watch, still with three Pied Currawongs in pursuit, and then things went quiet, so I assume they were satisfied that it was far enough away not to pose a threat to them?? I hope it found a safe place to hang out for the day.
