User's notes

Insects busy during a break n the rain. Balancing on the end of a blade of grass. It was constantly repositioning itself. It also appears to have an unusual foreleg? In main picture. It looks to have an extension on the end.

This looks more like a bee to me. I’ve scrolled through bee species and the back markings of the 2 adjoining semi circles are very like hylaenae subfamily as well as body shape. Eyes are different tho. I am wondering whether CarbonAl suggestion is off track?
