Confirmation of population still in existence, decades after last known record

Very low population density. Found one individual in an hour, but given they haven't been recorded here in decades, that is great news.

I am not surprised by this finding as Keyacris is a very resilient species often surviving in very small habitat patches and requiring dedicated searches to confirm its existence. Still its a really good find for this spot unlike the Prasophyllum that disappeared decades ago.

@RogerF Hopefully there will be more found in summer. As for the Prasophyllum, I remain hopeful, as they can also be cryptic, lying dormant for many seasons without a flower. I've hoped that there may have been one or two missed here and there each season, and the clearing will reveal them.
