The leaves are not serrated and wrinkled as in https://canberra.naturemapr.org/sightings/4735755.

Finely toothed vs serrated? Photinia robusta is not in ACT Plant Census or APNI. A horticultural source lists Photinia x fraseri Robusta.

The coarse edged Photinia has been planted in the ACT region since the 1870s and was popular in the 1920s-1950s - It was largely planted under two names Photinia glaba and Photina serrulata (which I think are synonyms of P. robusta or the other way around) I think the smooth leaf edge photinia became popular in the 1970s - when very red leaved cultivars were developed. But as to the current correct names for the coarse and smooth plants I am not sure
