both Spectrotrota fimbrialis & Salma pyrastis have larva similar to like this. The book Caterpillars, Moths & their Plants of southern Australia by McQuillan, Forrest, Keane & Grund mention Salma pyrastis lives in a shelter like webbing above.

I'm not sure. This does not seem to have the small black dots in the middle of the white ones that S. pyrastis appears to have.
