Looks worn, so black spot marks are not clear. Possibly Thalerotricha mylicella but not really conclusive.

Looks like Thalerotricha mylicella. Head shape and palps, tick. Antenna shape and attachment point. Dottiness varies on the iNat specimens. Dots visable on wing apex above can be seen on mani iNat specimens.
