Maximum spread of the front legs when spread out was probably 30 mm after it went into "super paranoid" mode once it realised there were humans about.

Thanks Nate for getting it down to the family level. I wonder if it is the common storena (Storena cyanea)? I might have to do some digging into just what is in the Zodariidae family!
